What information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way, download a product or service, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. Our company is hosted on a service provider (third-party) platform. Our service provider provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through our service provider’s data storage, databases and their applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by our service provider and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we protect your information?

We and our service providers (third-party) use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

  • We use secure third-party services providers to deliver our site, services, payments and products.

  • All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers' database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

  • After a payment transaction, your private credit information (credit cards, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

  • We securely collect your name and email address to provide you information about our blogs and new products or service offerings of which you may opt-out of receiving at any time.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

If you have ordered a physical product that requires shipping and delivery to a physical address your confirmation email may contain that information.

Do we use cookies and tracking tools?

Yes, cookies and tracking tools are used by our service providers to provide us with our website functionality and purchase processing, as well as for information to improve our website and the quality of our website.
